Virgin Mobile USA has launched a new UTStarcom handset, the Arc. UTStarcom has announced that it has sold its phone business. The Samsung Instinct is heading to Canada. BGR has a new dual-mode GSM/CDMA Moto Q9 for Verizon that includes U.S. GSM support.
