T-Mobile retracts decision to charge customers for paper copy of monthly bill

T-Mobile has decided against charging customers for a paper copy of their monthly billing statement. Samsung has launched Samsung Apps, its mobile storefront that is currently available for users of some of its Windows Mobile smartphones.
