“World’s cheapest tablet” launched in India for $60

In an effort to bring technology to more people, the Indian government has released what it calls the “world’s cheapest tablet computer.” The new tablet, called Aakash, or “sky” in Hindi, will eventually retail for $60, much less than what other devices sell for.
